Hear is the tutorial for FLASH OR UPGRADE LG F100L ,F100S , F100  Optimus VuFlow our step by step prosses........

1.Install Usb driver.

2.Download and install LG flash tool 2014.

3.Run LG flash tool.

4.Connect mobile with pc by usb cable.

5.Go to options and click Upgrade Recovery.

6.Wait until download and install finished.
